As an artist in the juried festival, gallery and online sales arena, there has been an invaluable lesson to learn by making my work available to everyone, whether it be original paintings or through the art of giclee. This company has proven their interest and understanding of artist in this arena, and for artist such as myself with specific needs for my reprints.Not only have they mastered the high standards of the reproduction market but they have taken the time to create a new line of giclees that are economic for artist who are beginning to sell their work, specifically designed for online artist and art festival artist where there is typically a need for greater inventory than is possible in an original basis. They put out a challenge- I took it, and was very impressed!

Flower Soup Mosaics is the Durham business of Paula MacLeod. She offers fine art mosaics, classes in mosaic techniques for children and adults, and custom artwork. One of my closest artist friends, we have had several shows together and will continue to be pursuing public art ventures together. I have never seen a more remarkable display of glass work than what she shows in her figurative work. Hands are especially difficult, but Paula has mastered the beauty of the hand, and proves to be very understanding of the mediums ability.

Threshold helps adults in Durham, NC with severe mental illness stay out of the hospital, succeed at work, advance their education, and reach their goals. I am more than honored to have the opportunity to work with these beautiful people and this organization. In 2008 I had the biggest challenge and adventure in my art career; as we unveiled an 18'x18' mural that I designed and painted, with the wall granted by Self Help and Durhams community support I cannot express how thrilled I was to be giving back the same kind of hope that was extended to me when I was first diagnosed with BPD in 2000.
